CBC offers 17 classes/week, providing a focused, intense fitness experience for all skill levels.  Our schedule and format is programmed around 4-5 week blocks, designed to burn calories, build muscle and achieve measurable results!


Each month offers a new training schedule – providing a new batch of exciting classes that will keep you energized and challenged.  Each month CBC continues to focus on strength and high intensity interval training, with an emphasis on lower and upper body training as well as cardio conditioning.
