CBC offers high intensity interval training - a strategy intended to improve fitness performance with shorter training sessions. While fitness trends come and go, CBC has developed a proven training strategy in its groundbreaking HIIT hybrid training program. This workout concept is to pair moderately heavy resistance training exercises with minimal prescribed rest periods. The goal is to maintain a high power output throughout the duration of the workout.

MaryAnne’s education and work experience in the physical therapy field fueled her passion when she began training at CBC in 2012. Fast forward to 2016 and she is now teaching classes as a member turned Coach. MaryAnne is a certified group fitness instructor and a busy mom of 3 growing boys! She is committed and determined to help others and draws personal strength in encouraging others!
Owner and founder of CBC, Jodi holds a B.S. degree in Fitness & Cardiac Rehabilitation, is an ACSM Exercise Specialist and holds numerous ACE &AFAA certifications. She is also a professional fitness competitor, earning her PRO card in 2014 and again in 2017. Jodi has her heart and soul invested in her clients and helps them achieve the best version of themselves! She never backs down from a challenge!
Katrina is a Personal & Group Fitness Certified Trainer. Katrina’s health is important to her, to be a role model for her children and lead by example with an active healthy lifestyle. She has a passion for boxing, her family & hair! She makes fitness a priority and believes in the community and support that CBC is known for!
Ashley has an associates in Physical Education and is a certified Personal Trainer. She has 4 years of personal training and group exercise experience under her belt prior to starting at CBC. Living a healthy lifestyle, being active with her children, encouraging and challenging others in their health and fitness goals is her passion!
